The Bridge cam gauge is a unique and versatile welding gauge that is used mostly on welded surfaces and connections. For welding inspectors, it's a highly useful visual inspection tool.

To measure weld characteristics, the gauge incorporates a revolving dial and a sliding pointer. Up to 2” or 60mm, the measurement is displayed in inches and millimeters.

The Bridge Cam Gauge can be used to measure the following:

1. The angle of preparation from 0 to 60 deg
2. Excess weld metal ( welding cap or capping size )
3. The depth of welding undercut or pitting
4. Fillet weld throat size
5. Fillet leg length
6. Misalignment ( high-low )
